Now Hiring - Senior Sales Representative in North Hollywood, CA

Position:

The ideal candidate will be a strong and persistent sales force performer with a proven track record for closing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in the sales team’s development by planning and implementing new sales strategies, driving long-term sales growth, and demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
·Lead the sales team in achieving company goals of product and customer success.
·Develop and implement new sales strategies to drive overall company sales goals.
·Ensure that product samples are provided to customers for evaluation and purchase decision.
·Report on the status of current accounts and opportunities for growth.
·Participate in product demonstrations to potential customers.
·Participate in training of existing customers to ensure they meet or exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
·Report on the progress of new product roll out within the company reporting system.
·Report on any issues that need attention or that can be improved upon.
·Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction through timely follow up of customer inquiries regarding issues with their products, errors in pricing, or other concerns.
·Report on any issues that require further investigation or action to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
·Report any significant financial gains or losses to manager.

Qualifications:
·Minimum 3 years of proven performance within a high-volume, direct mail sales environment.
·Strong communication skills both written and verbal, both in person and on the phone.
·Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
·Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
